To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香烤澳洲西冷牛扒 (10oz) 配烤野菌及特色薯條

這道菜要另加 $60,但算起來,埋單都不過 $300左右,厚大的西冷牛扒,當然最好是medium rare處理,但今次略為過火,但無損濃郁的肉味,灑點海鹽,肉味就更突出,至於Side Dishes的薯條是即炸的,脆卜卜又熱辣辣,而大蘑菇沾上了肉汁,都變得非常吸引。

外層灑上糖霜,令賣相更佳,蘋果肉切成薄片,微微的果酸,配以清甜的雲呢嗱雪糕,想不到以這個價位,能提供高質素的食物。

棉花糖朱古力布朗尼配乳酪雪糕

以馬天尼杯作食具,推上大量的chocolate browine及yoghurt ice-cream,上檯時淋上rum酒再點火,豔麗色彩即時浮現,真係睇得又食得。

其實這三道菜的精選晚餐會推出至10月31日(10月1日除外),原價$280/位,特價$210/位,但以原價加一,算來不到 $250,所以跟朋友笑言,就算是學生都可以好好享受一頓Fine Dining。
