Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日陪林小B看中醫後到了這裡食東西, 原來想要黑柏片麵, 但很可惜今天沒有, 真失望! 不過有鵝腸麵頂上一樣掂, 我們還點了牛筋撈麵, 肉丸粥, 韮菜鷄紅(擺明唔驚禽流感)鵝腸麵- 鵝腸爽口, 麵梘水味不重。牛筋撈麵- 林小B同我都覺得好過現在的民園, 雖然牛筋不是很腍, 但不算硬, 只覺有O趙口, 腩汁也不錯,下次我都要試下個牛腩麵先得。肉丸粥- 覺得好似和我以前食的味道不同了, 而且肉丸比以前實又好似加了類似蝦的物體, 但個粥底很不錯很綿。韮菜鷄紅- 上桌時還有小氣泡冒著, 熱辣辣好好味, D汁又辣辣地好惹味不需要加胡椒粉, 將汁倒少許入粥內拌勻食更正。
