To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日試樓下新開金記冰室 睇下有冇禾最愛之一紅冰嘉x咁正 四十蚊一個早餐 價錢已經輸左 雖然依家快活食豪d都差唔多 但去得快活典想豪牙 多士就金好d但凍左少少 奶茶冇茶味亦冇奶味...炒蛋就一般貨色 應該話自從當快活炒蛋紅左 加d牛奶炒蛋令蛋滑d已經係茶記常態 所以普遍唔會太差 沙牛面黎講 湯底太依賴一丁粉味 冇沙嗲應有花生香 面都係一般一丁面貨色但禾覺有d硬 牛就最大問題 間野豬潤起家 相信係豬牛一齊圾熟 牛肉煮到起沙 似坊間最冇誠意既沙牛罐頭d紙巾質地牛 但金就厚身d 冇咩咬口 如果用滑牛就爽口好多 牛亦上唔到沙嗲味 只有陣陣臭豬潤味...
