好大壓力﹗日日都好追趕時間的叫個囡快D啦﹗做功課呀﹗行啦﹗食啦﹗好需要有三幾個鐘比我放鬆下﹗ 食療是最佳方法,2017年第一頓法國菜,就從Les Saveurs Private Kitchen開始﹗坐在廂房裡,私隱度夠高,可以眺望維港那邊的幻彩詠香江﹗與好友倆特別訂了2月份的菜單,7道菜HK$788(加一服務費),雖然歸心似箭,但每上一道菜時,也感受到大廚的用心,是值得的﹗先有法包與牛角飽,又暖又香脆,不添加牛油也覺得美味﹗餐前有L’Amuse Bouche,加入了龍蝦油的椰菜花奶油,幼滑濃郁,搭配鮮甜海膽,再加上炸櫻花蝦與椰菜花薄脆片以增添口感,一小口已品嘗到那份細緻。4款前菜,先來Lightly Seared Langoustine,鮮甜嫩滑火炙蝦,只輕輕一燒外層,外觀好看又能保持那軟嫩口感,吃時可沾點伴碟茴香奶油;一直吃到末端,有海藻天脆片伴以嫩滑紫海膽,精細美味。65度溫泉蛋,用上日本極濃味蛋,蛋黃果然濃香;還有能夠更加帶出蛋香與味道的黑松露、鵝肝菌泥蓉、炒香的法國野菌,更有增加咸香味的脆脆巴馬臣芝士,把所有材料拌勻來吃,好味到不懂得形容。煙燻新鮮三文魚,上菜時就在煙燻中,期待

沒有失望,打開一刻仍有煙燻氣味﹗ 以42度方式慢煮,三文魚是超級的嫩滑,伴著咸香魚子醬吸收煙燻味更加美味,想甜鮮一點的,沾上紅菜頭汁蘋果勒根汁也讓整個味道大不同﹗

耶路撒冷朝鮮忌廉湯, 有酥炸阿枝竹、咸香柔軟黑毛豬, 服務員在面前把忌廉湯注入碗中,及後要拌勻一下,讓黑毛豬的咸香帶到湯中,可能浸得未夠時,兩者味道沒有太完全配合,不過忌廉湯原本已好夠美味,濃稠得宜,喝得好飽飽。

主菜有雞、牛、魚,我選了魚,而魚類是按當天的食材而決定的啊﹗

今天是日本金鯛魚,最特別之處,是酥炸魚皮魚鱗,炸得像菊花一樣﹗ 而在其上以海鹽青檸調味,魚肉嫩滑帶點鮮甜,沾點藍龍蝦油及藍龍蝦泡沫更為美味。

來到女生們最愛的甜品,有Green Tea Mills Feuille ,拿破崙超鬆脆,中間幼滑濃郁的抹茶甘味充盈,最後再以冰凍又酸甜的雪葩作結,完美﹗
