Restaurant: Kam Kee Cafe (Two Harbour Square)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情關係,餐廳8:30閂門,7:45先入座吃晚飯,趕緊下單。叫左焗豬扒飯及蛋白杏仁茶。杏仁茶先到,味道恰到好處,有杏仁香,蛋白份量亦夠,只是未於凝固前打散蛋白,以至成了大塊蛋白,與烚出嚟蛋白無異,但有口感。焗豬扒飯,豬扒為厚切,略煎,但不算入味,配上洋蔥鮮茄,味道不算太濃,如飯能炒底更好。最後是咖啡,不是一般茶餐廳咖啡,沒有酸味。
