To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 灣仔返工既我,今晚終於可以約到朋友食安南~ 7 點幾去到都已經好多人!法式牛油蒜茸雞翼 =]果陣牛油蒜味撲鼻而來,忍唔住咬下去,好香脆可口,正! 越式酸辣鳳爪,d 鳳爪無咩骨!食上口酸酸、辣辣,但好彩唔係大辣果種,愈食愈開胃! 安南海鮮金邊粉 ~金邊粉唔算多海鮮,只有幾隻蝦、青口同少少蟹柳,有點失望!不過就炒得剛剛好,乾身,有咬口。 生牛肉牛丸湯粉,個湯底真心正,唔會過咸 / 淡,牛肉新鮮、嫩滑可口;牛丸就爽口、彈牙~ 明明睇 menu 點左個菠蘿蝦酸湯,唔知點解冇菠蘿,反而有好多蕃茄!酸味既湯水開胃解渴,味道有d 似冬蔭公湯,一點都唔會油膩,好開胃 =]鍋湯十分足料,除左有好多蕃茄之外,亦有好多蝦,起碼有10隻,蝦肉鮮美,清甜~ 蝦醬炒芥蘭,碟菜非常惹味,送飯一流;爽口既芥蘭,食上口好有口感,鐘意蝦醬既朋友一定要試! 最後埋單around 每人$200,有湯有菜有粉有小食,呢個價位好抵!

金邊粉唔算多海鮮,只有幾隻蝦、青口同少少蟹柳,有點失望!

明明睇 menu 點左個菠蘿蝦酸湯,唔知點解冇菠蘿,反而有好多蕃茄!
