To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

正如上圖所示，再好吃的餐廳，安排不妥已經係致命傷。當天的人流流量不多，但店員的安排及解釋完全失望。三人行安排的桌面，中間的人只能伸手向左右發展，如果安排對坐都可以說服到我有半邊爐可以燒，左右開弓的燒法，我一生第一次體驗到！中間的朋友看著一樽樽調味樽，看著左右朋友燒，這個安排真的很貼心。問店員有無別的枱，他的解釋只是說安排唔到，一係你重申排過。一人燒肉，真的只適合一個人來燒肉。光顧這間分店都有四五次，一直都覺得性價不錯，可是今日這個體驗真的以後不了。
