To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

北角滙這間燒肉Like 新開，所以諗住同朋友試試，星期五晚6時人流未開始多，佢地有數張8位枱，我們見有張長吉枱想坐，店員堅持唔準我地坐，硬要我地質入一張已坐有5人的枱，說要留坐比其他客人。我一生人最憎人安排我坐位，既然有位你就應該任我自己揀，通常咁嘅情況我都會走人，不過帶左朋友來唔想令佢失望。我見隔離枱有一對情侶仲慘，店員硬要質佢地坐在2位同4位中間，佢地臉有不悅但店員亦是堅持唔比佢地坐其他吉位。其實而家一人燒肉越開越多，你咁嘅服務態度我不會再來。終於張8人吉枱咪又係比後來2人坐，有時安排坐位唔駛咁死板，寧願得罪客人都堅持自己果套!
