To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 遇上人生交叉點需要一個寧靜地點思考一下,那一刻第一時間想到金鐘愛烘焙前面那片大草地,如無意外相信這地點可以給我一個安靜地方的。年假後的週末下午細雨紛飛,雖然有點寒風也選擇戶外,只因綠草如茵的大草地讓我感覺舒適幽靜,總比室內溫暖但熱鬧來得對題。戶外用餐區不用如室內般自行在收銀處點餐,當客人坐下後員工會幫忙寫單,同時送上熱水及餐具,看她用心地將餐具擺放得工整,自己的一句"唔該你"是絕不能缺少的。是日餐湯是蕃茄薯茸湯,如以往一樣以杯作湯碗,不用湯匙也方便飲用,在那天的微冷氣溫更有溫暖手心作用,實在妙極。這杯紅湯有著濃烈茄膏味,並不如一般以鮮茄煮成的天然茄味,如此偏濃甜的蕃茄湯用作紅汁也沒問題,只是這杯湯實在濃味,自行加點熱水效果反而更好,而且也愈飲愈大杯。餐包乃烘得熱熱脆脆的香草包,外層薄而脆的餐包裡有著點點香草,輕微香草香點綴本來單調的麵包食味,就算沒配牛油仍很美味。只因想試試米形粉所點的米形粉配鮮蟹肉菠菜白酒忌廉汁,整盤食物顏色斑斕很能引起食慾,只是廚師卻沒有將碟邊的一團米形粉撥回碟內,是刻意地隨意的上菜手法嗎??主菜之一的菠菜以忌廉汁煮成軟滑,大量的藏在米形粉下非常足料,煮成綿滑的忌廉

只因想試試米形粉所點的米形粉配鮮蟹肉菠菜白酒忌廉汁,整盤食物顏色斑斕很能引起食慾,只是廚師卻沒有將碟邊的一團米形粉撥回碟內,是刻意地隨意的上菜手法嗎??

主菜之一的菠菜以忌廉汁煮成軟滑,大量的藏在米形粉下非常足料,煮成綿滑的忌廉汁有著陣陣芝士香,趁熱時那濃香味道相當不錯,可是當溫度稍冷時食味便開始失色,尤其在冷風颯颯的時候更要把握進食時間才不會浪費食物。

菜名寫為鮮蟹肉,相信是罐頭蟹肉跟高級蟹棒組合而成,以這個價錢有如此大堆頭的蟹肉,怎也不是以鮮蟹拆肉而成了吧?! 絲絲真假蟹肉沒腥味之餘尚算有鮮味,只是意外地竟有小小一粒蟹殼在內,是否想告訴我真的在吃蟹肉呢?那我就相信我正在吃蟹肉好了。

米形粉無論外型及口感也跟常吃的白飯相若,以忌廉汁煮成如不太糊口的意大利飯模樣,真的幾可亂真。軟軟的米粒粉並不像一般意麵般有彈性,拿著湯匙將其當飯吃果真方便。

看似不多的米形粉其實份量蠻多,幾經努力也竟然還有不少在碟子裡,這個午餐看似貴價其實蠻抵食也。

熱咖啡不會隨餐送上,反而給予一張小票據給客人隨時享用,個人認為這是很有彈性也值得其他餐廳參考的做法。

表面有著咖啡脂的熱咖啡本身略苦也不夠香,結果要加點糖後效果才好一點,可幸咖啡夠熱,就算所配鮮奶只是微溫也沒有太減低咖啡溫度,當然在室外地方又是需要把握時間才成。

在清靜的戶外用餐區呆坐了一個下午,雖然冷一點但有喜愛歌曲作伴之下,答案也開始出現了,當然也要感謝他的提醒,讓我更為自己的答案落實。
