To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有日晏就去食午餐，點了壽司set 10件，等了大約20分鐘，鋪頭得2位員工，明白繁忙。但壽司質素真的好差，飯懷疑不是珍珠米，飯有點未熟，較為撐胃，魚生並不生鮮，特別是魷魚及三文魚。雖然唔貴，set只是54蚊，但質素完全是濫竽充數。 我認為食客會欣賞食物質素多過數量。社交媒體網站有好多人讚地區小店，但這一次體驗可說不敢苟同。
