To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 作為一個元朗人,對永年都有份情意結,以前中學時期都會成日去食,even 果陣啲人成日都話老闆同老闆娘黑口黑面串串貢,排隊排成大半個鐘,感覺都係值得,因為真係好味。自從裝修改行連鎖路線之後,偶而都會食一次半次,味道都仲唔錯,係細碗咗好多啫,已經少去咗好多。直到最近佢又再裝修,又重新開張,今日經過買咗個菜底加3餸,失望到一個點,碗嘢細都算,所謂嘅菜底餐牌張相係有蘿白嘅,但點知只係比你叫麵底多3-4條菜,而且啲菜係唔靚嘅,唔好食,魚蛋數粒,豬紅數粒,加幾塊炆到林ber ber嘅牛肚,而個味道亦都唔好食,咁就收我$41,以後可以決絕地同永年講bye bye。
