We went Causeway Bay for lunch this Friday. The restaurant we picked was full so we tried to pick another one randomly.When we saw the advertisement of this restaurant at the entrance of the building, it showed lunch set $88 up with nice photos so we gave it a try. Firstly, the menu has nothing with a price lower than $118. Then we checked openrice, it showed there’s discount. So we continued to order the food. At last the staff told us there’s no discount at all and the advertisement show at the entrance of the building was not supposed to show out. The staff went downstair to cover up the word “$88 up” after we told her that.
Ok fine, but then the food quality totally do not worth the price.
I ordered a lunch set with 2 pieces of eel + 3 sushi + 3 snacks (枝豆+酸蘿蔔+Salad) + 1 udon + soup + 茶碗蒸. The price was $198 + 10% service charge.
Eel was normal.
The 3 sushi quality is like 爭鮮 or even worse. Udon is below average, I’ve tried more tasty one with lower price.
The 3 snacks do not worth mentioning, 枝豆has no taste at all.
Soup is normal.
茶碗蒸 is marginally acceptable, but it was a bit undercooked.
Overall, the food quality definitely does not worth the price. Even if the price is $88, I would not go for the second time either.
Highly not recommended!
