To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六下午三點左右去食late lunch，好肚餓，所以食左幾碟回轉帶上既壽司，好唔新鮮﹗之後order叫o個D，唯一係碟帶子比較okay。份Menu懶靚，但係好亂，又少choices，下晝已經話海膽賣晒？又要扣分﹗﹗﹗價錢唔算特別貴，但係作為元氣集團既一份子，居然元氣卡都無discount，離譜。要儲收據先可以申請做"千兩"會員卡，有95折，當我乞兒呀？我點知佢會唔會等我申請左千兩卡之後又改名叫"萬兩" 、"億兩"架，到時比我九八折或者九九折？總括一句，好唔掂，千祈唔好去﹗
