To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 個人都幾鍾意試新嘢，又鍾意食海南雞飯，咁行街經過有啲肚餓，見新開諗住就試下佢個海南雞飯。咁叫左個外賣，等左成半個鐘以上（因為半開放式，見入面廚房啲員工都幾hea，所以基本上個個客係出面都等到燥底，有個仲爆埋粗）。咁算啦唔叫都叫左，反正我唔趕時間，不過有d附近返工個美容姐姐就陰公d，lunch time買完都唔知夠唔夠時間食。Ok講返食物質素先，因為佢主打係雞，但點都估唔到，雞本身就冇乜味，靠個醬(普通泰式雞醬)，雞肉鞋口，個飯又濕又痴住一Pat咁，完全唔知想點，店員態度又麻麻。。冇下次。完
