以甘露醃製又唔會腥,咬落甘香,成條食哂都無問題

🫧鰤魚腩 – 口感厚身有咬口,肉質甜美,食落淡淡甘甜,每啖都充斥魚油香氣
🫧左口魚 – 油份高夠juicy,係我最愛!!!
食完刺身後再食埋青瓜仔清下味蕾🥒酸酸地幾過癮

呢度所有串燒既烹調過程只係作基本調味(鹽同埋黑胡椒),再搭配附上既三種調味 - 炭鹽/黑胡椒/七味粉比客人自己配搭🧡

Gavin媽最鍾意就係雞髀肉🍗廚師燒到脹卜卜,雞髀肉表面微焦咬落又juicy🤤廚師見Gavin媽食得咁滋味,仲請我食和牛串,好好食!一食入口就感覺到油脂包成個口腔😋

如果鍾意食手羽雞翼同埋雞心既記得一試!手羽雞翼表面燒到香脆,而且啖啖肉; Gavin媽鼓起勇氣挑戰雞心~無腥味架!店員仲比我試埋雞頸肉伴燒汁,食落口感好彈牙,質感好滑好腍,下次會encore😌

免治雞肉丸配月見汁🌟呢個係將雞肉打碎並加入軟骨而製成雞肉丸,再燒至微脆,沾上月見汁既日本蛋黃,肉汁鮮香肉嫩!

其實食到呢度Gavin媽已經好飽😂(仲要有d食物我未list出黎…..)

之後就係品嚐燒虎蝦🦐啖啖肉仲有淡淡既蝦香,夠哂彈牙!就算燒過都無縮水,配合醬汁一齊食味道好鮮!
第一次食白果串仲要係連皮燒,問左店員佢地話係特登留既😆唔講唔知原來因為白果皮有豐富既纖維,食落煙煙韌韌少少回甘

終於黎到主食‼️就係松葉蟹肉茶漬飯!!!!!期待而久啊~~一上菜就聞到高湯既香味!!大家一定要趁熱食🔥每一啖飯都係高湯同海鮮既味道,再加埋松葉蟹肉,好正!

🍦甜品方面係玉子燒配抹茶雪糕,呢個雪糕夾係兩塊和菓子餅入邊😍可以成個拎起嚟食,好特別!玉子係用日本江戶蛋,口感食落有啲似布甸😗

餐廳逢星期四至星期六仲會開到凌晨2點架~岩哂成班同事或者朋友一齊聚會!
