To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時唔食大家樂,想嘗試一下鐵板燒西冷牛扒。這個價錢本不應抱太大有期望,但是真的出乎意料的難吃。這個扒讓我覺得隻是在嚼東西,一點味都沒有,全靠汁吃下去,吃到一半腦袋放空了,堅持肉不可浪費的原則,後果就如同嚼蠟。下底是份量少少的粟米飯,大口扒飯的人估計幾口就没了,然後粟米飯味道是真的好怪,一股難以形容的味,跟粟米味完全不同,並且飯還是硬硬的,更加下不了口。這根腸我愿意稱為是餐裹好吃之最!隻有腸,才讓我覺得吃得下去這一餐是有希望的。最後是甜品,自稱特濃牛乳奶凍的甜品,一口下去,無味…細細地努力品嘗,終於吃到一股淡淡的牛奶味,而口感太膠了,完全不是想像的…還是吃不下。大家記住不要點這個牛扒吃…

這個扒讓我覺得隻是在嚼東西,一點味都沒有,全靠汁吃下去,吃到一半腦袋放空了,堅持肉不可浪費的原則,後果就如同嚼蠟。
下底是份量少少的粟米飯,大口扒飯的人估計幾口就没了,然後粟米飯味道是真的好怪,一股難以形容的味,跟粟米味完全不同,並且飯還是硬硬的,更加下不了口。
這根腸我愿意稱為是餐裹好吃之最!隻有腸,才讓我覺得吃得下去這一餐是有希望的。
