To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

入門前喺門口已經覺得環境麻麻，普通酒家都唔似，真係一間茶餐廳咁，不過已經訂咗檯，就照舊入座，之後安排坐最入，電話都收得好弱，先叫芝麻雞，芝麻係痴得幾均勻，不過鹽就唔係，大半隻無味，一係就好咸。之後畀多次機會，叫咗風沙鱔，呢味就鱔無鱔味，炸咗咩魚都無乜分別，之後就走，唔想再試，，味道普通，咁嘅環境，好多選擇。最終都無畀過9折，原來好多嘢食都係無折，仲有網上訂座係要早一日再打去先計，否則會當你自己取消訂座
