在旺角「火車頭越南餐室」用膳,午市套餐選擇很多,我們不約而同都楝湯河。我是特別喜歡生牛肉湯河,因為鮮牛肉是原汁原味的,河粉伴鮮甜的牛骨湯底吃,十分美味!吃湯河,我也喜歡加入紅辣椒粒,紅辣椒粒是最天然的加辣方式,再輕輕擠壓點青檸檬汁,很完美的味道。另一款燒豬頸肉湯河,色澤亮麗的燒豬頸肉很吸引,肉質軟滑是豬頸肉特質,燒烤後香脆可口。兩款小食:越南春卷的春卷皮鬆脆好吃,是我喜歡越南春卷原因。蒜香雞中翼,蒜香味道濃夠香脆,是挺受歡迎的小食。我的龍眼冰,冰凍清甜,龍眼肉也清甜。椰汁涼粉珍多冰,白、綠、黑三色,色澤吸引!
