終於等到萬眾期待的蠔湯,單聽名字已經感覺很與眾不同。呢個湯不得了的地方真係因為蠔味極濃而一點兒的腥味都無。原因好簡單,系因為廚師預先煎香一隻蠔,放入湯內熬製,勁推薦呢道湯,一定不會後悔。
