今日去完屯門行山於是就同朋友嚟到全屯門最大嘅商場屯門市中心到搵食啦經過三樓嘅呢間Bamboo Thai入面見到坐滿曬客人於是就入去食下午茶餐廳裝修好有東南亞風味用上好多藤同木枱木櫈去營造氣氛生蝦刺身生蝦夠新鮮爽口彈牙點埋酸酸辣辣嘅泰式醬汁非常開胃軟殼蟹米紙卷晶瑩剔透又煙韌既米紙包住脆卜卜嘅炸軟殼蟹芒果青瓜生菜等嘅材料非常清新口感豐富火山排骨細一上枱時非常震驚真係成座火山咁大咁誇張呀排骨又淋又入味而且唔會太乾上面加上海量嘅蒜頭同完西非常惹味招牌蟹肉臘腸炒飯炒飯粒粒分明夠曬鑊氣仲有勁多蟹肉同臘腸粒喺入面
