今晚黎到九龍城覓食，一早BOOK左呢間三和叙，佢樓上既位係有廚師即整鐵板燒，而我地坐既係樓下既位置，食下串燒同埋其他野，吧枱位置都可以望到廚師點整我地先叫左炸牛蒡同燒蓄茄，牛蒡炸得香脆，審滿海鹽～食落咸咸香香，又食到牛蒡本身帶甘既味道！唔錯！跟住個燒蕃茄真係好好食！蕃茄炖到熱辣辣，有少少蕉邊，再加上自製昆布醬，味道酸酸甜甜十分之夾！跟住就係西京燒銀雪魚同埋免治雞串！魚燒得岩岩好，唔會太熟！肉質又夠哂嫩滑！至於雞串出奇地雞肉肉質鮮嫩，兼且充滿肉汁！沾埋雞蛋簡直係最佳配搭！最後黎到豚肉燒同埋牛肉橋麥麵，豚肉燒碟上有海鹽除左做裝飾之餘，將豚肉沾上鹽仲可以提升豚肉既味道！正！牛肉橋麥麵麵質彈牙，牛肉都唔會過熟！以佢作結實在係好滿足～！！
