鐵人旨花係銅鑼灣算得上係比較出名食omakase既壽司店。知道佢係西環開左間分店,咁近我屋企,就決定呢個周末去試一試佢個丼飯叫左兩個丼飯,送左兩碗味噌湯。味道冇咩特別,湯入面有幾隻新鮮的蜆,但味道不算鮮甜。正常的味道吧。云丹丼($198)到底我一個月要食幾多餐海膽先夠喉?嗯....一個月30餐就應該夠喉架啦海膽鮮味,塊塊都好大片,質素算唔錯。海膽好食,顯得醋飯同蛋絲做得冇乜心機......黑鮪霜降腹身丼($280)自從日本反黎香港之後,一直想搵反有日本咁高質嘅拖羅呢道丼飯嘅拖羅望落去好肥美,入口都有著不錯的油脂香味。但係感覺上有啲水水地嘅感覺,冷藏的味道太重,令到入口唔能夠充份感受到佢嘅魚油香味。有啲浪費左一條咁高質嘅拖羅,可惜燒油甘魚鮫咸,超咸,勁咸,D鹽唔洗錢咁樣落法。雖然燒得幾香,而且魚油好豐富,但真係太咸...食唔落牛舌燒得好香,肉汁都唔少。但同油甘魚鮫問題一樣,超爆咸!

自從日本反黎香港之後,一直想搵反有日本咁高質嘅拖羅呢道丼飯嘅拖羅望落去好肥美,入口都有著不錯的油脂香味。
但係感覺上有啲水水地嘅感覺,冷藏的味道太重,令到入口唔能夠充份感受到佢嘅魚油香味。
有啲浪費左一條咁高質嘅拖羅,可惜
