To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇過來官塘宜安街食飯，朋友帶我去食泰國菜。餐廳地方不大，但裝修幾精緻，燈光明亮。椰青好清甜，又解口渴龍眼冰有好多龍眼肉，甜度適中。泰式鳳爪沙律，鳳爪爽脆酸酸辣辣好開胃。蒜蓉炒通菜，通菜炒到好碧綠又唔會過老，通菜又夠味道蒜蓉味香濃。豬頸肉炒金邊粉，豬頸肉燒到好香又不肥膩，豬頸肉肉淋淋又好入味，金邊粉有花生碎，豆干，芽菜，撈埋金邊粉好香，味道香濃。咖喱炒軟殼蟹，咖喱汁好香又唔辣甜甜地，軟殼蟹大大隻好肥美，軟殼蟹糕好香濃，咖喱汁撈白飯超好味。班蘭椰大菜糕唔會太甜，大菜糕好爽脆。
