To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食過幾次宜家既蘋果批，今次先第一次為佢寫食評。呢個蘋果批既餡料充足，蘋果肉仍然有咬口，唔會太淋，亦都充滿肉桂既香味，的確係唔錯既甜品。批皮有點似牛油皮，頭幾次食時係一大個蘋果批任你自己選那一件放到碟上，所以食起來批皮還帶點鬆化；但最近食既時候，已經改為每件獨立放上碟上，再加上保鮮紙包裹著，的確是衛生一點，但可能因此，批皮被水氣焗得帶點濕，沒有之前的鬆化。
