To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣炎熱，想走進空調大放送的地方，沙田宜家我們來了。肉丸十粒($19)：這裏的肉丸非常有名，是推介之選，肉丸外層煎得香口，肉味濃。之前配的薯仔波，味道一般，可是今次可配意粉，使人驚喜萬分，是好吃、底食之選。薯條（$9）：粗條裝，有薯味，但炸得腍身一點，有待改善。煙三文魚（$28）：有三片，非常新鮮，煙燻味適中，灑上檸檬汁，更突出了三文魚的魚香味。而配菜入口鮮嫩爽脆。炭燒西冷牛扒（$29）：牛扒雖然不夠嫩口，但有牛肉味，最重要是沒有肉鬆粉的添加劑，。配菜有薯仔、蘿蔔，非常底吃。有機無糖豆漿（$14）：濃郁的黃豆味佈滿口腔內，真材實料。
