To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好開心呀🥳！今日終於比我呢個「開心果迷」食到佢！#三重開心果新地 坦白講，IKEA啲雪糕🍦不嬲都唔差，初時都擔心佢會唔會同坊間嘅開心果食品一樣，得隻顏色💚，但開心果味就欠奉～出到嚟，賣相又唔差啵，係幾多人嘅排隊情況下，個職員起勢唧，如果要佢杯杯都廣告咁就未免太難為佢🙈雪糕顏色比想像中深，雪糕唔會太甜，但開心果味嘅濃郁程度唔夠佢嘅開心果醬，開心果醬係帶有少少鹹香味，令你食唔停口，好彩佢開心果醬份量都多，足夠令你用嚟食曬成杯雪糕！至於開心果碎份量，一樣一啲都唔吝嗇，脆卜卜，增加口感！一啖軟綿綿嘅雪糕配一口crunchy 嘅開心果碎，簡直係絕配！係會令人想翻食多幾次嘅雪糕！
