平時去寶勒巷都係去酒吧,原來係寶勒巷入便有間隱世串燒居酒屋店鋪細細間,但好有氣氛,好似去左日本地道居酒屋一樣餐廳仲好細心,會有一塊熱石保持串燒溫,就算飲住酒,傾下計、慢慢食都唔會放到凍曬食物方面 :燒珍寶大扇貝 : 有蒜蓉味同芝士味,扇貝肉厚夠大隻,蒜蓉味加入粉絲勁惹味,芝士味夠曬濃郁夠曬邪惡原隻燒魷魚 : 魷魚火喉燒剛剛好,肉質煙韌彈牙,蘸少少泰式酸辣醬,又鮮又惹味海鹽燒皇牌牛舌 : 牛舌夠曬大塊夠厚身,燒到表面焦脆,味道濃郁明太子雞翼 : 雞翼皮燒得香脆,入便已經去骨再蘸入滿滿嘅明太子,夠曬美味燒白鱔 : 表面加左芝麻,外皮燒得香脆,肉質爽彈鮮味燒茄子 : 選擇孜然味,外皮燒得脆身,肉質軟淋,再加埋炸蒜,夠曬惹味燒虎椒 : 虎皮尖椒新鮮翠綠,辣味十足,辣得過癮蒜蓉薯蓉焗田螺 : 薯蓉焗得軟綿,面質帶少少脆口,再加埋蒜蓉粒及田螺一齊食最好味道冰糖雪耳雪梨水 : 自家製冰糖雪耳雪梨水味道清甜,清心潤肺,食串燒飲返兩啖清下熱氣無得彈
