紫蘇蒸大閘蟹
今年吃的第一隻大閘蟹!台灣出產,重約五両,其實重量5至6両已是最上乘的選擇。這隻蟹的蟹膏份量也真不少,呈橙黃色、軟而滑膩,每口也是甘香豐膄。品味完軟滑流心的蟹膏後,便來拆解肉身,一梳梳清甜的蟹肉,真是好味到停不了手,差點忘記了影相。而用上紫蘇葉則可有效驅走大閘蟹本身的寒氣。
記得大閘蟹的蟹心極度寒涼,進食前應先將之除掉;灰色的腮位及蟹殼上的黑色胃部亦都不宜進食。

香口酥脆的龍躉魚塊經油炸後,肉身仍不失彈性,看得出大廚的功力非凡;吃時再蘸上濃郁的蟹皇醬,味道更上層樓!但每位只得一片,好像少了一點。😂

香檳汁海皇蟹粉焗飯
飯底輕炒過,帶有陣陣蛋黃香味;飯粒分明,加上洋蔥、蝦肉、魷魚和魚肉等豐富材料,對我這大胃皇而言,輕輕鬆鬆便將它KO 掉了。

黑糖薑茶湯丸
食大閘蟹飲薑茶,有助溫熱驅寒。以黑糖代替紅糖或片糖,感覺更有益健康,而且辣度剛好。湯丸用上黑芝麻做餡料,但每碗只有兩粒,實在唔多夠喉呢。
