經常聽親友提到深圳的餐廳如何如何的好,雖然覺得非常吸引,但作為土生土長的香港人,亦希望為振興經濟出少少綿力,於是便選擇酒店的中菜餐廳,為相識三十年的好友慶祝生日,心想作為酒店內之中餐廳,水準不會太差吧?但事實上,原來酒店內的中菜餐廳水準,真的會比屋村酒樓更差勁!1)明爐烤黑豚义燒 $248無論份量、賣相、味道及肉質只是一般水準,而且有筋及偏肥,相比一些舊區的燒味店更失色。2)香草焗大虎蝦 $140一隻對於敢叫價$140一隻的虎蝦實在有很大的期望,可惜原來只是交智商稅,煮熟了的蝦只有三寸左右,偏熟,所以肉質較鞋,另外香草汁太杰影響口感。3)花雕杞子醉雞 $188相信是全晚最差的菜式。全是雞胸及背的部位,鷄肉鞋口除苦澀的酒味外便沒有其他味道。4)黑松露野菌炒露筍 $228偏油膩,份量及味道雖算正常,露筍有渣,黑松露味頗淡。5)蜜味脆蔴花 $70一半脆口一半淋,餐牌價錢是$68,但結帳收費是$70,對餐廳已經非常失望,已經無語不想再勞氣要求更正。當晚兩個人點選四個菜一個甜品,份量只是剛剛好,完全沒有飽飽的滿足感。另外,員工服務亦沒有酒店的應有水準。四個菜上完後仍感覺不滿足,想向侍應取餐牌,但舉手後一段時間仍未有人回應,最後是門口知客帶客人入座時見到才送上餐牌。與朋友商量要小菜或甜品時,將餐牌放在左手下之枱面,突然間有侍應在沒有知會客人下便想將餐牌取走,感覺不被尊重。晚飯後與朋友繼續閒聊,大家都非常感慨香港飲食業實在難與深圳競爭,無論食物質素及服務都越來越差,寧願到內地消費,至於一些不願出門的,也選擇自己煮或外賣在家用餐。無論對飲食業或香港市民,其實都是損失。 continue reading

全場服務員既服務質素超級差,仲衰過我去大排檔食飯,上菜仲衰過大排檔,佢自己要求我哋預好個位比佢上菜。但佢就鐘意喺呢度上,鐘意又喺第二度上,總之成碟野隊去你張枱,仲要無問過我就郁我啲茶杯筷子電話,就係為咗方便佢放嘢,真係想問佢,你隻手好乾淨啊?連比錢埋單print張單出嚟都唔識,要叫過經理過嚟執手尾,勁。食飽等佢個糠水等足半個鐘,佢話因為啱啱煲緊,嘩,咁都得呀?碟魚先最離譜,就咁行埋嚟話條魚未蒸熟要再蒸,聽完眼都突埋,然後上枱嘅時候成條魚拆散晒,做節食飯唔水同你嘈,但唔唱衰你真係對唔住自己!好嬲 continue reading

一年一度大閘蟹嘅季節,梗係要食大閘蟹餐。1. 四小碟蒜泥白肉、五香牛展、燒腩仔、陳醋雲耳。不過不失。2. 原裝燉竹笙響螺湯熱騰騰,很暖胃,而且吃到軟熟的螺肉,蠻舒服的。3. 大閘蟹主角大閘蟹有兩隻公的,全餐的highlight ,蟹膏好香,好味!4. 蟹粉小籠包小籠包充滿肉汁,加上蟹粉的鮮味,不能錯過!就是略嫌每人一隻,不夠滿足。5. 花雕蛋白蒸蝦球蝦球完全無味,花雕蛋白好一點,這道菜令人失望!我只吃了一個蝦球一啖蛋白便放棄了。6. 蟹粉蟹肉扒豆苗豆苗柔嫩可口,蟹粉蟹肉也清晰可見,味道清新鮮甜!7. 蟹粉蟹肉燴伊麵這個芡汁和味道跟扒豆苗那道幾乎一樣,略欠誠意,朋友一口也沒有吃8. 黑糖薑茶湯圓薑味夠,加返d分。整體來說,這個餐味道一般,而且性價比不高。但環境坐得舒服,同朋友傾吓偈是不錯的選擇,但不用特別選擇這大閘蟹套餐,可考慮點小菜或更滿足。 continue reading

昨晚同閨密共5人,一齊到龍苑食大閘蟹餐,諗住老字號信得過,點知食到一肚氣,連投訴都慳返,每人兩隻大閘蟹共10隻,一次過上晒10隻大閘蟹,食完第一輪,第二輪大閘蟹已經凍哂,其中有兩隻不能入口,目測大閘蟹只有三両至四両,膏唔香唔多,基本嘅蟹醋味道古古怪怪,其餘餸菜蟹粉豆苗、蟹粉伊麵、蛋白蒸蝦仁(玻璃芡好厚)個個餸都淡而無味,蟹粉小籠包送到枱上,5粒有4粒已經破皮流晒啲汁,套餐唔包花雕酒。埋單每位$855- continue reading

龍年訂了兩間酒店的盆菜過年,龍苑是其中一間,去年訂過不過不失,不是十分出色也不是難食,所以今年都繼續訂一個二人盆菜打算初二開年食用。記得去年取盆菜時是用兩個背心袋盛載,今年也是一樣,新年流流就咁用個像垃圾袋的白色背心袋裝著,像廉價茶餐廳的外賣,問問職員有沒有紙袋或環保袋,答案是兩樣都沒有!至於盆菜食物亦一樣不敢恭維,雞、鵝、蝦均甩皮甩骨,食材擺放也很馬虎,像一盆隔夜餸,味道也很普通,$728是如此質素,以後也不會再幫襯! continue reading
