To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天下午去了這間餐廳,喺門口已選中梅菜蒸鯇魚,入到去我向服務員要蒸魚但不要尾,點知服務員話不能選擇,一定係廚師話事,如果佢入去向廚房要求會比人鬧,佢一路話鬧佢唔係鬧你。顧客永遠是上帝,現在發覺上帝是你哋就真,你入到唔入去廚房問下已經拒絕客人,還要比說話我聽,之後我唔要就叫餐肉滑蛋三文治,滑蛋不是滑蛋(見相大家評估是否滑)。其他嘢都OK。
