To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同樣唔會大條,蒸到o岩o岩熟,我食第一啖,食到鯹味o既?但佢口感係好滑,之後繼續食又冇乜鯹味.

份量又少到呢,呢個雖然係酸甜,但偏重梅o既酸味多啲,肉排有炸過,外面脆脆地,裡面夠腍.但我個人就鍾意生炒骨多啲.

其實我o地原本叫$78.00o既南乳溫公齋煲,$108.00o既金枝襯玉葉(金菇瑤柱扒豆苗)同$68.00o既菠蘿生炒骨,落單時侍應即刻話金枝襯玉葉(金菇瑤柱扒豆苗)冇晒,之後食食吓又分別話另外兩樣都冇.而我o地將菠蘿生炒骨改為要欖梅砵仔骨後,等同追o左好多次都未有,都有半個鐘,我o地就直接問經理,唔出到o個句”未整就唔要”都唔跟,卒之一分鐘內o黎到. =.=”

Book位o既服務俾我印象唔錯,但除o左上面追單o既經驗外,佢o地俾錯o野我o地,然後另一枱好似話叫o左白飯都等好耐而不滿.

冇辦法啦,情人節又星期六,又年尾,提早食團年飯o既人多嘛.

我o地8個人亦叫o左7個飯,埋單$1,226.50.
