今日同屋企人去食客家菜做團年飯!上網睇咗介紹之後 就嚟左有好多年歷史嘅一間舊式飯店試下!#東江鹽焗雞 半隻鹽焗雞係尼到既招牌菜色,雞肉肉質十分嫩滑,不乾身,嫩而不柴,雞味幾夠咸香 !而且雞皮香滑好爽嫩 ,加埋d沙薑食好好味,水準保持得很好!#梅菜扣肉客家菜都必定要食既係梅菜扣肉,尼到既扣肉肥瘦適中,半肥半瘦!瘦肉部分有濃濃既肉香,肥肉有香滑既油香入口即化!而且梅菜份量多,調味偏甜,味道濃,用黎撈飯,非常正!#白果豬肚湯 白果豬肚湯嘅份量好多,湯飲落無味精,好奶白色,清甜美味,白果味香濃!而且湯料好豐富,有腐竹同埋豬肚,豬肚洗得很乾淨,豬肚味好濃👍🏻

客家菜都必定要食既係梅菜扣肉,尼到既扣肉肥瘦適中,半肥半瘦!瘦肉部分有濃濃既肉香,肥肉有香滑既油香入口即化!而且梅菜份量多,調味偏甜,味道濃,用黎撈飯,非常正!


#白果豬肚湯
白果豬肚湯嘅份量好多,湯飲落無味精,好奶白色,清甜美味,白果味香濃!而且湯料好豐富,有腐竹同埋豬肚,豬肚洗得很乾淨,豬肚味好濃👍🏻
