朋友聚會,有朋友介紹我哋呢一間荃灣嘅傳統老字號客家菜飯店食飯,飯店有兩層,地方唔算大啲枱擺得好密環境會有啲迫, 坐低咗就開始叫嘢食 我哋一行四個人叫咗四個餸,分別有霸王雞半隻,薑蔥牛肉,椒鹽豆腐同埋蒜蓉豆苗 另外仲叫多咗啲青島啤啤佢椒鹽豆腐,個人唔係好好,覺得普通啦,豆腐外脆內軟唔會太乾,但係外層爭少少唔夠脆霸王雞面頭鋪咗一層薑蔥,雞肉嫩口,雞皮好滑好正冬天食材最啱曬食時令嘅豆苗豆苗好fresh好香, 同蒜蓉一齊炒將豆苗嘅鮮味逼曬出嚟,好好食薑蔥牛肉都好食,牛肉岩岩炒起好熱, d肉食得出係新鮮既,師傅控制火候好好,牛肉好香好滑,不過落調味重咗d咸左小小,略為蓋過咗牛肉本身嘅鮮味
