咕嚕肉話就話係肉,其實全部都係骨嚟,不過個皮都幾薄幾脆,都幾惹味.霸王雞啲蔥油比隻雞仲多,睇落都幾搞笑,但肉質唔鞋,幾滑.魚香茄子煲入面嘅茄子吸晒鹹魚啲味,有少少辣辣哋,味道係幾好,不過油份幾高,食食下就停晒手.百花釀大腸,唔知係我哋理解錯定點,以為係釀咗蝦膠嘅豬大腸,點知實物反而似係豬大腸釀蝦膠,啲蝦膠多到…而且佢本身又唔係全部蝦肉打成,估計夾雜咗麵粉之類,都有少少伏嘅感覺.
