屋企人話好耐都冇出外打邊爐, 今日咁啱大家都係尖沙咀附近嗰邊放工, 揀咗網上好評如潮嘅《 香香宮煑》, 用咗譯音,特別容易記!一如其名,店內陳設,裝修都盡顯宮廷feel, 古色古香味道十足, 每個角落都係打卡位~入門口已經有張龍椅, 照得金碧輝煌, 客人可以換上宮廷服坐上龍椅拍照~安排在窗旁的卡位, 除咗量體溫, 枱面還提供消毒搓手液 ,酒精濕紙巾和贈送了口罩套, 店員還即場用了一盆熱水再沖洗餐具, 夠晒衛生放心。火鍋爐具是特製的銅盤, 而且呈正方形, 視覺效果好特別。醬料嘅味架乾淨整齊。湯底也有很多選擇, 研究咗一輪, 最後揀了《胡椒酸菜魚鍋》。香噴噴上檯,配料好多。 先試湯底,清甜中帶點鹹酸菜嘅酸, 胡椒味唔算好重 , 整體味道很鮮。 主角嘅酸菜魚竟然用了石班肉, 感覺係原條石斑起肉 ,唔似雪藏斑塊。斑塊用料高檔鮮味, 魚味濃厚 ,肉質嫩滑, 近邊皮位置膠質頗重, 又有啲似龍躉皮。👍湯底仲有大量芽菜,豆腐卜, 鹹酸菜, 豐富美味!手打鵝肝墨魚丸$98用層架盛載非常之優雅。好欣賞佢手打又大大粒嘅墨魚丸, 真材實料,粒粒彈牙, 加入鵝肝作餡料, 矜貴之餘味道更豐富!韭菜豬肉餃 餡料脹卜
