上星期去咗香港故宮文化博物館樓下嘅一間餐廳----下江南。呢間餐廳真係好特別同好靚,佢有好多落地玻璃,環境好明亮同舒服。而且佢嘅菜式大部分都係宮廷菜,好有特色。我睇咗下佢嘅餐牌,佢每一個宮廷菜都有介紹佢嘅來源同歷史背景。所以除咗品嚐味道,仲可以學到啲歷史知識,好有趣呢。因為我同朋友係下晝去,已經食左午餐,所以就淨係叫咗一個主食share,睇相見到酥油野雞瓜飯好似好好味,所以就叫左呢個飯, 真係無叫錯,好好味,雞扒好彈牙,鮮嫩多汁,佢配埋黃豆、紅綠椒同軟糯嘅飯粒,真係好好食。雞汁嘅濃郁雞味同香料味都好香,每啖飯都有好多層次。仲有松子同菜粒嘅配合,味道更加豐富。至於甜品,我叫咗一個慈禧太后最愛食嘅驢打滾,紫薯芋圓涼粉同雜果鴛鴦涼粉。雜果鴛鴦涼粉擺盆擺得好靚,有好多新鮮水果。底下有一層黑色涼粉同透明冰粉,黑色涼粉清爽,透明冰粉就有啲彈牙。而雙色涼粉就係兩種風味嘅結合,真係好消暑。飲品方面,我叫咗一杯凍牛奶咖啡同一杯茉莉花茶加奶蓋。凍牛奶咖啡味道正常發揮,茉莉花茶清香宜人,加上奶蓋,更加滑順同濃厚。總括而言,下江南係一間值得去嘅餐廳,環境舒適,菜式特色。佢嘅宮廷菜味道正宗,而且仲可以學到一啲歷
