To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

環境：店內有約20位，如果想有風味啲坐店外約有10張枱。服務：店員不多 感覺有點忙，態度中上都算熱心。性價比：相對中環半夜算平價。衛生：環境一般，食物有部份菜洗乾淨。食物質素：如果多人會等耐小小，先講羊腩煲，足料（支竹，馬碲，羊腩十幾舊）偏瘦，可自行加碼打邊爐料，例如加響聆。豉椒鵝腸正，野味，夠火喉。炸大腸就一般（個人喜好），夠熱。椒鹽九肚魚，賣相一般，，椒鹽味不夠，份量偏小。星洲炒米，用料有叉燒，火腿，大蝦，炒蛋，辣度適中，乾身，有火喉。
