To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最初以為just another restaurant, 食落又覺得幾好---- 應該係好好先o岩, 即使宵夜做既特價菜, 都盡顯心機, 真係估佢唔到. 1. 炸窩巴湯. 炸香西施米粒, 放入魚湯浸食, 簡單到爆炸既小菜, 但既保住crispy 感覺, 又唔覺油膩. 2. 灌湯蟹粉小籠包: 用小蒸籠上抬, 食落唔錯, 最勁係只賣10 蚊, 佢係咪蟹粉一時間變得不再重要了. 佢另外有好多得獎菜, 搵日要一一試下, 我覺得食左佢幾個小菜, 好inspiring, 開始覺得食乜何需花巧, 簡單畀心機去做, 一樣唔錯.
