Restaurant: 復興粥麵專家
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

宵夜時段, 一位做了幾十年的師父會回來做粥, 腸粉, 爽滑魚皮...每份爽滑魚皮都是即叫即做, 比起之前電視介紹果D更爽。因為我睇住師父又要過水, 又要過冰水, 再做葱花加上面...食果時將葱花同爽皮一齊食, 真係好食...(不過爽皮並非成日都有,賣完即止)而鮮蝦腸也是一樣, 即叫即拉, 雖然唔可以叫好滑, 但勝多蝦, 睇住佢即做, 新鮮就夠好啦..田雞粥也是這師父的拿手好戲, 勁多田雞。�唔不1並一1

田雞粥也是這師父的拿手好戲, 勁多田雞。
