To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為宵夜唔係特別多間可以揀，又想食辣野，所以揀左尼間🌶️🌶️🪧麻辣燙 一共💰36唔係好食得辣嘅朋友小心了，一定要BB辣試起，因為真系辣🌶️ 湯底好香，會忍唔住飲多幾啖😌蒜味有啲重，食完記得食多幾粒薄荷糖了😆💰5 茶葉蛋 好香茶葉味，好入味，鹹淡啱啱好，而且唔洗自己剝蛋殼。咬一半茶葉蛋，跟著浸入湯再食，蛋黃會吸到湯汁，變得濕啲唔會太乾🤤💰5 大豆芽 脆脆地，唔會太軟💰8 豆腐串 麻辣燙必點，因為吸汁，但係小心熱啊💰8 海帶 熟嘅程度啱啱好，唔會軟淋淋💰10 粉絲 份量好多啊，完全食唔曬🪧 涼拌三絲 💰30一直以為涼拌三絲係土豆絲，蘿蔔絲，木耳絲🤓但係尼間間係粉絲，海帶絲同土豆絲🤣🤣同我叫嘅麻辣燙粉絲撞左😅但係涼拌嘅粉絲入味多啲，But因為有粉絲嘅原因尼個涼拌三絲唔係特別爽口，不過又真系重口味，係香辣嘅🥰
