To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天下午三点经朋友推荐去观塘马姐重庆麻辣烫试食，点了1份黑木耳.1份萵荀.1份金针茹每份5元。1份猪大肠.1份刀削面每份10元共35元自选中麻辣。很好吃够味麻辣刚刚好。老板娘说猪大肠是每天早上买新鲜的返来自己洗，很干净。可能是下午三点客人少我坐多一阵又叫了一盘泡椒炒魔芋38元够酸辣很好吃有家乡的味道。从成都来到香港12年了很是想念家乡的味道。我会推荐给我的朋友。地方干净，店铺有点小，老板娘人很好
