To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

首先利申，我認識店主和他的家人，但我是一個有要求的食家。那天剛好去深水埗大南街一帶的咖啡店扮文青，在沒通知店主下走去買了鵝三寶外賣+紅腸。作為潮州人的我，一看廚窗 XL 的身型，就知是正宗汕頭鵝；回到家後馬上開盒，鵝片好嫩多汁，滷水香，十分高水準；鵝肝香濃，像我這標準身材的或唔怕膽固醇的人可多吃幾片；至於鵝腸，我一向少吃，腸上黏著的肥膏我沒碰，只能說彈牙；紅腸就普通冇特別，可以做好一點。可惜 外賣APP唔送去我屋企，惟有下次去開深水埗時再去幫襯。
