同屋企人行完街見到呢間裝修有啲古式古香既酒樓,中意食中菜既我地就入黎試下。我地先食八方庭小炒皇,小炒皇嘅食材絕對唔少,菜方面係韭菜黃椒依啲,海鮮就有好多魷魚蝦乾魚乾鮮蝦,再加埋腰果粒,夠晒濃味,全部都係鹹鮮,蝦乾魚乾仲要好大隻,好足料,絕對抵食(^з^)之後我地食佐兩款豆腐既菜式,就係七味豆腐同蝦球豆腐蒸水蛋。七味豆腐即叫即炸,好新鮮,豆腐炸到外脆內軟,好軟綿綿,又熱又滑,又有七味粉嘅香;另一個就更加滑,味道淡啲,全部都係靠食材嘅鮮味,有豆腐嘅豆香,蛋嘅蛋香,同埋蝦嘅清香,上枱嗰陣加少少豉油,啱晒送飯( ^ω^ )最後食多一個肉類,就係蜜汁脆薯牛仔粒,牛仔粒用牛柳,肉質比較有咬口,唔會炒得過熟,啱啱好,所以唔會好韌好難咬,薯仔切到一粒粒,更加吸收到啲蜜汁,牛柳本身已經炒香左,再同啲薯仔一齊用蜜糖再炒,更加香脆,咸甜開胃(#^.^#)
