今晚唔想煮飯,經過長沙灣見到有間燒味舖新開,而且人頭湧湧,於是就買咗幾款返屋企晚飯食。客家鹽焗雞 $59皮薄唔肥,肉質嫩滑,啖啖肉,鹹香味道剛剛好,唔會搶走雞味。至尊燒鵝(上庄)$110鵝皮薄唔肥膩,配上梅子醬好醒胃!飲酒食佢一流!燒味佬叉燒小朋友最愛,搶住食 ; 燒到有少少燶,肥瘦適中,好 juicy,叉燒好淋,燒汁香甜不會蓋過酒香,一流!老師傅燒腩仔拎到返屋企,燒腩仔個皮仲係好脆,肉質鬆化,味道又唔會太鹹。家人都讚好好味,叫我經開再買過 。
