To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同家人每月1次的聚會, 今次選擇國金軒, 我推介比大家係北京片皮鴨, 又香又脆, 除左有紅蘿蔔, 蔥及其他配料外, 佢仲有薑絲, 我食過不同的酒樓, 好多都沒有薑絲, 配搭埋薑之後, 別有一番味道, 蜜餞叉燒皇, 半肥瘦的叉燒, 很鬆軟, 甜品湯圓杏仁茶, 有好香的杏仁味, 不太甜而且好滑, 其他小菜(如小抄皇)就一般般啦
