泰國人主理嘅泰國菜館係香港多不勝數,各具特色。今次一行8人由表姐發板嚟到佢嘅食堂,所有食物一早訂好,坐低已經有得食冬陰功海鮮湯 - 海鮮足料,有大蝦,青口,魷魚,蝦味香濃,冬陰公唔會過辣生蝦刺身 - 店主為確保質數,即使預早訂都要當日買到新鮮蝦先有得食,想即時encore都冇機會,沾上泰式醬料,絕對係必食之選燒牛肉 - 7成熟恰到好處,碳爐燒出少少焦既效果,表面又唔會太乾蝦餅 - 薄薄一層炸麵包糠,蝦膠Q彈鮮味,唔會粉太多或者霉既感覺鹽燒紅鰂 - 整條魚唔走鱗,用粗鹽包住燒,估唔到燒出嚟既魚肉可以滑過蒸魚而且更加鮮味生菜包 - 肉碎肥瘦適中,有泰菜既酸辣香味,用新鮮生菜包住,最好可以一啖放入口,野味得嚟又加少少清新燒豬頸肉 - 蜜糖味香,豬頸肉爽去骨海南雞 - 去骨既雞最啱懶人如我,皮連肉一齊食,雞味突出咸魚炒椰菜苗 - 新鮮椰菜苗個芯唔會苦,加埋咸香味同辣椒絲就更吸引泰式炒金邊粉 - 帶少許甜味既炒河粉,材料有韮菜,芽菜,豆乾,蝦仁,花生碎及青檸,夠火喉斑蘭糕 - 就算飽都要食既甜品,煙韌既斑蘭糕蒸完帶點軟綿綿再加椰汁,要我點樣抗拒
