今晚我們去咗美孚曼坊嘅「家傳滬曉」食晚飯!我們叫咗紅油炒手、四喜烤麩、醉鴨舌、碧綠鮮魚羹、鹽酥蝦、鱔糊粗炒、露筍山藥炒藕片、樟茶鴨「半隻」同山東燒春鷄!甜品:高力豆沙、香蕉豆沙窩餅同酒釀芝麻湯丸!紅油炒手嘅皮都算薄身,辣油嘅味道好唔會太辣,但好惹味!四喜烤麩嘅質感好似麵筋咁,而且吸收晒醬汁嘅香甜味!醉鴨舌嘅酒味好芳香,鴨舌好爽口軟滑!碧綠鮮魚羹係將鮮甜嘅魚肉同嫩滑嘅豆腐煮成,味道好鮮甜清新!鹽酥蝦嘅外層煎得好香脆同乾身,肉質好爽甜彈牙!鱔糊粗炒嘅鱔糊肉質鮮甜嫩滑,麵質都幾粗身,口感好煙韌彈牙,而且炒得色澤好均勻,味道唔會過鹹!露筍山藥炒藕片嘅藕片好清甜爽脆,露筍亦好爽甜無渣,不過份量就比較少!樟茶鴨「半隻」嘅肉質好鬆軟,味道好香濃,旁邊放著嘅貝殼形包,包質好香滑鬆軟!山東燒春鷄嘅皮燒得好香脆,肉質好嫩滑,唔會有好「嚡」嘅感覺!甜品:高力豆沙嘅外層好軟綿綿,入面嘅豆沙蓉好香甜軟滑!香蕉豆沙窩餅嘅餅皮好香脆,夾埋香甜嘅豆沙蓉同香蕉一齊食,真係幾好味,不過香蕉嘅份量少超少!酒釀芝麻湯丸嘅湯丸好煙煙韌韌,甜湯嘅味道相當清甜芳香!
