所謂「天上雷公,地下舅公」,舅公喺屋企人心目中o既崇高地位可真無人能敵。長輩深知舅公最愛食鮑魚同魚翅,上週五宴席就專誠揀咗一家以鮑參翅肚聞名o既「家全七福」舉行。剛剛喬遷往新址o既「家全七福」仍然留喺灣仔區,不過就升級成為酒店中菜廳。餐廳佔用全層面積,接待處先以鎮店靚翅及魚缸裝飾。走廊及牆身簡單掛上國畫,自然地流露出中國文化o既色彩。大堂設有多張圓枱散座,光鮮企理,雖則右手邊樓底明顯比左邊高,但由於枱於枱間空間好足,人多時聲浪都唔會好大,配埋厚墊椅櫈,坐落極之舒適自在。「家全七福」屬名人飯堂之一,當然係唔少得私人廂房,間間同樣寬敞,大方得體。房內長期有兩位服務生為客人斟添酒水、分餸換碟,溫婉落力,很是周到。餐桌上每位客人面前都放有一份菜譜,餐單上可見晚宴合共十三道菜,主人家當真盛設非常!皮蛋醬蘿蔔:為晚餐打響頭炮o既皮蛋隻隻流心又溏心,色澤亮麗,且香濃美味;配角醬蘿蔔不但巧妙地砌到成朵花咁靚,片片花瓣都一樣咁爽脆惹味,同個皮蛋真係好相襯。食完咁開胃o既前菜,乳豬亦啱啱燒好。大紅片皮乳豬全體:乳豬皮一啲肥膏都冇,咬落輕巧薄脆,鬆化無比,夾上麵包後再輕輕點上甜醬已夠可口。正當大家細嚐緊乳豬

此道古法翅品o既三重包裝需時又考功夫,雞骨湯底亦要肴燉上六個鐘頭,真係少啲心機都唔得呀!
