To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 嚟食滬菜,唔試吓店家嘅小籠包就好似硬喺差啲啲咁。雖然摺紋未話去到十幾廿摺咁誇,但外皮都搓得夠薄,肉饀鬆軟富肉汁,整體味道唔錯。下面墊咗片超薄白蘿蔔片,防止黐住個籠底,夠細心。

翻睇自己嘅食評,對上一次光顧原來都已經喺3年前嘅事,今次再訪,雖然都喺點啲傳統上海嘢,但水準都無乜跌到,服務又到位。由於今次無影個菜牌,無得跟以前比較,但印象中菜式無點變,但可以肯定嘅喺,茶錢仲喺收$6位,部菜式都喺輕輕加$1、$2
