年初香港宣佈與疫共存不久,富豪飯堂蛻變出黎嘅「家全七福」即於尖沙咀H Zentre開設分店,明顯睇好餐飲業快將復甦!適逢農曆新年,店名意頭咁好,大肥爸爸就專登揀咗情人節一訪,與多位長輩拜年。餐店雖設於商場內,但高高嘅樓底及雲石為主嘅裝潢仍流露出華麗嘅氣派。十一人派對於闊落嘅廂房內進行,有專人貼身招待,私隱度高。老人家除咗讚賞光線充裕之外,最欣賞就係個冷氣風位唔會吹到正個頭。貴客如欲自攜佳釀,開瓶費設於$200/樽標準裝紅、白、汽酒,絕對係良心價!桌上擺有齊備嘅自用及公用餐具。菜單早已預先訂好,餸菜均由服務生續一分配。皮蛋醬蘿蔔、涼伴木耳黃瓜、雞子戈渣、蟹肉韭菜盒:四款前菜先以拼盤呈上。木耳青瓜酸甜醒胃。雞子戈渣皮薄心軟綿,輕盈細膩。蟹肉韭菜盒皮脆餡嫩,香口甜美。如相所示,皮蛋個黃橙亮有光澤,流心又溏心,配上爽脆嘅醬蘿蔔片尤其惹味香濃!豉椒龍躉扣:所謂「龍躉扣」其實即係龍躉個胃,師傅將其切成細細條後以豉椒炒出,質感好似豬肚咁爽潤彈牙,送酒一流。由於龍躉扣嘅體積唔大且量少,往往要儲幾日先夠料炒一碟,對餐廳黎講真係唔化算,所以一般都唔會做,試問有幾多餐廳可以日日劏幾條大龍躉?!大紅片皮乳豬:
